Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher. The successful candidate will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that each student achieves their full potential.
Details :Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and regularly update IEPs for students with special needs.
- Provide differentiated instruction tailored to each students unique learning needs.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and enhance learning.
- Conduct assessments to identify students strengths and areas of need.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting instructional methods as necessary.
- Implement behavior management plans and strategies to support student success.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
- Previous experience working with students with special needs preferred.
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and adaptive tools.
