The RegisteredProfessional Nurse assesses, coordinates, plans, directs,implements and manages the needs of assigned patients throughoutthe episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge,including during transitions within the acute care stay.
TheRegistered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery andcoordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team.
S / heassures that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformlyprovided to customers including referring facilities, hospitalstaff and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, and communitysettings.
Registered Professional Nurses that participate in theNursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) must progress fromnovice to competent within a specialty.
Nurses are eligible toapply for advancement to proficient or expert status as outlined inthe NPAP.
HourlyRange : $36.73 - $60.93
