HIRING SCHOOL BASED BILINGUALSPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST WITH THEIR CCCS IN CALIFORNIA FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
Are you a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about virtual therapy? VocoVision is seeking a dedicated SLP with a certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to join our team and provide exceptional services to California School District for the 2024 / 2025 academic year.
Role : Speech Language Pathologist (1099 Independent Contractor)
Hours : Full-time (37.5 hours)
Pay : Hourly, paid once a week ($40-50)
Location : California
Essential Functions :
- Perform thorough assessments of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
- Establish short-term and long-term goals tailored to each patient.
- Regularly assess and document students' progress toward their communication goals, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Offer professional guidance to less experienced colleagues.
- Incorporate augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and techniques as needed.
Requirements :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CA Speech Language Pathologist License (CCCs)
- California teaching certificate is preferred
- C ertification process : https : / / www.ctc.ca.gov /
- Bilingual is a must- Spanish
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting
- Experience providing virtual therapy services
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet (no Chromebooks / tablets permitted)
Compensation and Benefits :
- 1099 Contract Position
