C4ISR Modeling & Simulation Analytic Support
Tyto Athene has an opening to provide comprehensive analysis detailing organizational hierarchical structures, to include decision making charts, timelines, information flow, and functional relationships in support of Countering Advanced Conventional Weapons (CACW).
The contractor shall coordinate with the Team Leads and Flight PIA to set business practice standards and production goals to meet the mission needs.
Analysis shall emphasize ISR integration, Offensive strike, and Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS) all-source reporting.
The end-products shall be tailored to support Modeling Based System Engineering (MBSE) and defined M&S standards and environments.
The contractor shall be required to produce structured technical assessments, and work with the Government and identified M&S partners to define and refine analysis in support of requirements and the evolving nature of threat C4ISR
Responsibilities :
Experience with analysis detailing organizational hierarchical structures, to include decision making charts, timelines, information flow, and functional relationships in support of Countering Advanced Conventional Weapons (CACW).
Analyze all source data to perform scientific and technical analysis on Command and Control (C2) and associated process analysis.
- analyze / determine command, control, communications, and computers (C4) transmittal means (links and nodes)
- Utilizing various databases; perform data mining for link-and-node analysis
- Extract or locate space control networks from various data sources.
- Determine organizational structure and adversary capabilities.
- Support Government creation of new analysis, production, and dissemination finished intelligence products.
- Coordinate with the Flight Leads and Flight PIA to set business practice standards and production goals to meet the mission needs.
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a minimum 5 years of telecommunications analysis experience.
- Expertise in telecommunications, physical networks (SATCOM, RF, HF / VHF / UHF, fiber optics), logical networks (switches, routers, IP addresses), and understanding how data flows.
- Experience in reverse engineering of communications networks.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the intelligence community
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of NASIC Analytic and Reports (NAR) and NASIC Analytic Bulletins (NAB)
- Active TS / SCI security clearance with consent to CI polygraph
Highly Desired :
- Experience with NASIC / WMX Dynamic Information Operations Decision Environment (DIODE)
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering
- Experience with Modeling Based System Engineering (MBSE) processes and tools
