Landscape Crew Members are the frontline in delivering an exceptional client experience through :
- Landscape and bed care maintenance, renovation, enhancement, and installations
- Participation in 24 / 7 critical snow and ice management services
Requirements :
- Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- During snow season months able to be on call 24 / 7
- Able to handle the physical demands of the position
- Be punctual and reliable
- Accountability to themselves and to their team
- Be someone others want to work with
