Job Description :

This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position where you will develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers.

Your role involves conducting in-home sales presentations, closing high-ticket deals, and traveling within the Maryland area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct professional sales presentations of our products and services to homeowners.
• Travel to / from appointments and complete assessments of customers' needs.
• Close sales by effectively presenting financing options.
• Participate in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis.
• Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement and success.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in high-ticket sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Previous in-home sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a car and be willing to work 6 days a week (pick your one day off).

If you lack sales experience, we offer an entry-level program to get you started, which may include door knocking. However, we are primarily looking for candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience.
