What we’re seeking :

As Strategy Manager BI you will access data across Frontier’s data lakes to create compelling fact-based analysis to help Frontier take strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with colleagues from across the company, especially IT and finance, and ensure that your evaluations incorporate a variety of quantitative and qualitative considerations.

You will also develop an ongoing perspective on Frontier’s strategic position in the market and provide creative ideas to help continue to accelerate our growth.

In this in-person role, you will be required to report to 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX to complete your work responsibilities.

What you’ll do :

• Provide the data necessary for the strategy team to develop their recommendations
• Build commercial and financial quantitative models to evaluate the strategic implications of different choices, scenarios, and outcomes
• Create and communicate recommendations (. presentations, analysis) with senior stakeholders across the company
• Collaborate with stakeholders across other functions to obtain relevant input data, align on modeling methodologies, and jointly validate analytical outcomes / conclusions
• Contribute perspectives to the broader team on how Frontier can enhance its strategic position in the market vs. competitors

• Salary Range : $57,000 to $189,000
• 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Keen interest in the Telecom / Tech sector
• Experience providing Business Intelligence from IT systems
• Ability to program SQL and / or Python a plus
• Familiarity with Frontier’s data warehouse is a plus
