Job Summary :
The NICU, including our Level IV NICU in Temple, is staffed by experienced pediatric specialists called neonatologists. They oversee each child’s care and collaborate with other pediatric specialists, such as neurologists, cardiologists and pulmonologists.
Specialists monitor these tiny patients around the clock. The most advanced technology is used to support the fragile infant’s breathing and many other life-sustaining measures.
Patients we serve :
Extremely low birth weight babies (22 weeks) to full-term infants who need specialized care after birth. Patients needing phototherapy, hypoglycemia treatment, sepsis, surgical intervention, and whole-body cooling to ECMO.
Wide range of acuity and treatments in our Level 4 NICU. We are located at the Memorial Campus with our L&D and Couplet Care partners.
We attend all high-risk deliveries.
Requirements :
Graduate of RN School of Nursing
ADN required
Active RN License
Minimum of 6 Months of RN experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Qualifications :
Education : Graduation from an Accredited Program
Major : Nursing
Experience : 2 Years of Experience
