We are now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to work in the Home Care setting in the Rockford , IL area.
The ideal candidate has some prior experience with the geriatric population. All caseload is billed under Medicare Part-B.
New grad PTs will be considered. Flexible schedule and hours based on your needs. How many patients would you like to see each week?

Job Requirements : State licensure as a Physical Therapist Open to all experience levels, including new grads. Able to work full-time, part-time, or PRN hours.
