Your potential is waiting; why are you?Summary : Genesys is growing and the Global Field Sales & Marketing Finance team is looking for an accomplished Manager with finance, accounting, incentive compensation, and teamwork skills who can thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization.

The Global Field Sales & Marketing Finance Team brings understanding and predictability to our financials, and we work together with our Sales and Marketing business partner leaders to accelerate long term growth for Genesys.

This role's primary responsibilities include managing and forecasting the Sales and Marketing commissions budget, partnering with Accounting and the Incentive Compensation team to analyze and improve the organization incentive structure, and provide business insights to our CFO and CSO.Responsibilities :

Partner with business leaders in Finance, Accounting, Incentive Compensation, Sales, and Marketing to drive business growthOwn and manage the Global Field Sales & Marketing commission and channel referral budgets and forecastsEnhance visibility around key incentive and commission metrics including earned commission rates, attainment, and participationWork closely with Accounting and Incentive Compensation to assess the success and ROI of Sales and Marketing incentive structuresDeliver data-driven variance analyses and management reporting to Corporate FP&A and the CSOPlay a critical path role in a team-wide effort across Global Field Sales & Marketing Finance to automate management reporting in Excel and to move other management reporting into dashboards for self-service by the Genesys Executive Leadership TeamIdentify opportunities to improve our quarterly forecast accuracy and institute the steps needed to see those improvements through to actual resultsMinimum requirements :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or related fields5+ years of experience with financial analysis or strategic finance and solving problems with data-your track record might include incentive compensation, consulting, investment banking, accounting, SaaS, or a technology-focused business.

Preference to candidates that have familiarity with SaaS finance, accounting, and compensation structuresAn ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners and functional leaders.

You can develop trust, deliver support, and challenge hypotheses.An ability to build and maintain high-quality decision tools, reports, templates, and ad-hoc models in Excel to support key decisions by leaders in the businessSystems and data visualization experience (NetSuite, Tableau, Oracle EPM Cloud, Salesforce, Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, etc.
