Thisposition will be assigned to a specific region and can work remote from SanFrancisco, CA, San Jose, CA or Sacramento, CA.

Your Role :
- Building and sustaining strong partnerships withyour customers through the effective use of both technical expertise andinterpersonal skills.
- Serving as the company’s primary customer facingtechnical representative while working in collaboration with biomedicalengineers and other senior staff members in a hospital or clinical environment.
- Ownership of customer relationships with thegoal of upholding a high level of satisfaction with optimum service delivery.
- Working closely with clinical and sales partnersbest manage and grow your install base.
- Troubleshooting and resolving both hardware andsoftware issues with ultrasound equipment, either remotely or at a customersite.
- Managing installation, modification, andpreventive maintenance calls to ensure customer equipment operates at a highstandard.
- Ensuring all work and equipment adhere to allstate and federal regulatory requirements.
- Submitting documentation required to remain incompliance with serviceable repairs.
- Maintaining a clean driving record in compliancewith company fleet vehicle policies
Your Expertise :
- Background maintaining electronic equipment,either in or out of a healthcare environment.
- MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Exceland Outlook).
- Desire to work with our latest technology andlearn about new software and hardware solutions.
- Passion to deliver customer centric solutions tocustomers.
- A self-starter and ability to independentlymanage their time / schedule.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility, for bothday-to-day work and required company training.
Required Skills, Education and Experience for thisposition :
- BSEE / BSEET / BSME / BSMET degree in electronics orequivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of computers and networking.
- Ability to understand and apply electronic,mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment,including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.
- Strong customer service skills through clearverbal communication with customers that explains the diagnosis of the event ofthe CSEs.
- Must be able to be compliant with hospitalcredentialing requirements.
- Excellent organizational, time management,written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel >
75% of the time.
The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 U.S.dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
The annual incentive target is 10% of base pay. Siemens Healthineersoffers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off andholiday pay.
