Job Description

As a member of the Campus Recruiting Team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, execution, and coordination of campus recruitment activities and the summer research program.

We are looking for someone from July through December to assist with Campus Recruiting through the Summer and into the Fall.

Responsibilities

Support Campus Recruitment Events : Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events.

Help with logistics, materials preparation, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Support Summer Research Program Events and Activities : Assist with coordination and execution of various summer events throughout the remainder of the summer research program.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other members of the Campus Recruiting Team, HR professionals, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a college or university program.
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiastic about talent acquisition and campus recruitment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in campus organizations, event planning, or recruitment is beneficial, but not required.

Duration

The Co-op position is typically offered on a temporary basis for a specific academic term or semester. The duration may vary based on the organization's needs and the individual's availability.
