Ensure timely billing and follow-up on outstanding payments. Maintain detailed records of all billing activities. Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications for the Part-Time Accounting Assistant : Minimum of 1 year of experience with Sage / Peachtree. Minimum of 1 year of experience as an admin / receptionist.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office. Proven experience in accounting and administrative. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Demonstrate a proactive and positive work ethic. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
