NOTE
Contractor MUST BE physically available to work in Austin, Texas, immediately upon contract execution. Contractor must be able to work a minimum of two (2) days a week physically onsite at TDI headquarters located at 333 Guadalupe Street, Austin, Texas, 78701.
Contractor MUST BE physically available to work in the Austin-metro area. Contractor may be asked to physically work more than the minimum two (2) days a week onsite as the project progresses.
TDI will not consider candidates wanting to remote work from another state or refuse to work physically onsite at TDI headquarters.

- 8 years Required : Working as a software developer on software application development projects, either as enhancements or ground-up initiatives
- 8 years Required : Eliciting requirements from end users and forming epics and user stories, then translating them to functional tasks for technical staff
- 8 years Required : Following requirements and user stories end-to-end to guarantee proper delivery of requested functionality
- 8 years Required : Testing applications to ensure user requirements are met
- 2 years Required : Using Microsoft Teams or other collaboration tool to communicate and work within a team
- 2 years Required : Working on an agile scrum team as a software developer
- 4 years Preferred : Estimating work and sizing tasks for sprint development
- 4 years Preferred : Writing technical documentation
- 1 year Preferred : Working as a software developer with Texas Department of Insurance applications
