tGeneral job duties. Types of procedures required. nNursing assessment, charting in EMR, patient education, assist with procedures, provide skin care and support n n2.

tEquipment utilized in the unit / dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) t t nComputerized charting using EMR for radiation oncology - ARIA & Allscripts / Touchworks n n3.

tRequired skills and minimum years of experience. t nComputer proficiency, nursing assessment, skin care, occasional lifting, oncology experience helpful n n4.

tSpecific licensures and certifications / registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) nRN, BLS n n5. tShift or schedule requirements.

Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) nVaries : 6 : 00 a.m. - 2 : 00 p.

m. or 11 : 00 - 7 : 00 p.m., no weekends, no call. Colleague will not work alone, but may be the only nurse present n n6.

nn / a n n8. tNurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) nBusy radiation clinic, will help with on-treatment visits (currently treating 50+) patients per day, follow up visits (patients who have completed treatments - varies 5-10 per day, assist with some procedures n n9.

tDress Code : nscrubs, comfortable shoes (closed toes) such as sneakers n n n10. tTell us about the unit / department specific training and orientation program.
