We are seekingmultiple Business Analyst roles focusing on several parts of ourlarge program. The ideal candidate will possess strongcommunication skills strategic thinking abilities and excellentdata analytical skills.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand businessrequirements and objectives
- Analyze andevaluate current processes and tools identifying areas forimprovement and optimization
- Develop andimplement strategic initiatives
- Conductresearch and analysis to identify new trends andopportunities
- Collaborate with the E2E teamsto ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies andgoals
- Perform data analysis to identifypatterns trends and insights
- Prepare reportsand presentations to communicate findings and recommendations tokey stakeholders
- Stay updated with industrybest practices and emerging trends in Pharma
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration HealthcareManagement or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written withthe ability to effectively interact with crossfunctionalteams
- Strategic thinking and problemsolvingabilities with a focus on driving innovative solutions
- Handson experience with UX / UI with the ability tocontribute to the design and development of optimal field and homeoffice user experiences and userfriendly tools / systems
- Excellent data analytical skills with proficiency in dataanalysis tools and techniques
- Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and multitaskeffectively

- Any experience in pharma OR Familiarity withhealthcare regulations and reimbursement models as well as payerpullthrough strategies
- Experience in pharmacommercial
- Familiarity with the contractingand access for Pharmaceuticals companies
- Anyexperience in working with Payers (Insurance companies) like BlueCross Blue shield Kaiser will be a plus OR
- Familiarity with technologies like PALANTIR
