We provide outsourced IT support and services for businesses that range from 20 200 employees.

Job Overview :

As an Outside Sales Representative at VXIT you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads and set appointments through cold calling.

You will also be tasked with building and maintaining a strong network of "centers of influence" and nurturing relationships within this network.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct daily outbound cold calls (approximately 50-80)

Engage in meaningful conversations with decision-makers from various companies, aiming to build rapport and gather insights about their business needs.

Efficiently manage call logs and follow-ups to ensure consistent communication with potential clients.

Strategically schedule appointments with qualified leads, aiming to secure at least 3 appointments per week.

Collaborate with the sales team to refine calling strategies and approaches based on market feedback.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VXIT’s products, services and the industry to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.

Meet and exceed personal and team targets, contributing to the overall sales objectives of the company.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone or in-person.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to succeed.

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A coachable attitude.
