The Retail / Commercial Superintendent is critical to CSI Construction’s Field Operations team and oversees commercial ground-up / new construction projects throughout Colorado.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be tasked with leading a range of complex projects and be given the autonomy to manage them as you see fit, supported by your project teams, peers, and executive team.

You will receive training and continued development to progress your career within the business long term.

Candidate Skills, Experience, and Background

  • Must have experience managing Ground-Up / New Construction Commercial, Retail, Big Box or similar projects including sitework / site development.
  • Must be technically minded, process driven, and have a thorough understanding of all scopes / trades involved in a Commercial Ground-Up / New Construction project.
  • Must be experienced in managing all personnel on site including other Superintendents, Foremen, Subcontractors and the project team.
  • Must be familiar with building and executing a CPM schedule.
  • Must be tech-savvy and be easily trained on software. Procore and Bluebeam experience is desirable but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $100,000 - $130,000 Base Salary
  • Annual Bonus and Project / Job Bonuses
  • Company Truck or $800 per month truck allowance + Gas Card and Toll Pass
  • 401(k) : Match 50% of the Employee’s first 4% contributed
