POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Technical Support will provide support to both divisions with technical and system administrative support, including personal computer and mobile device support, systems operation, installation, upgrades and recoveries, configurations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Install, configure, and administer personal computer on Windows and mobile device.
- Implement, support, and troubleshoot various production applications.
- Respond to desktop break-fix situations.
- Inform all stakeholders about ongoing repair efforts during system failures to ensure transparency and timely communication.
- Install new software releases, upgrade systems, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software system related problems in Microsoft Windows.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary recommendations for additional resources or hardware.
- Assist with troubleshooting and user problems.
- Recommend automated tools for monitoring to better support and maintain assigned systems.
- Enforce and apply IT security policies.
- Perform system and server administration and operation.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet business needs.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCES
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and minimum of 2 years experiences and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experiences.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures in the information technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Technology, including but not limited to Windows Client Operating System (Windows 10 and Windows 11), Active Directory, Exchange Email, Firewall, and backup and restore technology.
- Analytical skills and basic network troubleshooting skills are required.
- Strong customer service skills required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- Chinese language skill would be advantageous.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and draw and interpret bar graphs.
