- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in engineering
- Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD, with Revit preferred
- Familiarity with engineering software such as STAAD, RISA, TEDDS, ENERCALC, etc.
- EIT status preferred, with plans to take PE exam within 2 years
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Motivated to learn and work in the construction industry
- Creative problem solver in a collaborative team environment
