Key Responsibilities :

• Equipment Installation : Oversee the on-site installation of industrial equipment, ensuring it meets industry standards and customer specifications.
• Issue Resolution : Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Interaction : Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and outstanding service.
• Routine Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment downtime.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all service activities and report to management.

Daily Snapshot :

• Troubleshooting : Address and repair equipment issues as they arise, using your expertise to minimize downtime.
• Assembly : Assemble and disassemble mechanical and electrical systems following specifications and safety guidelines.
• Preventative Maintenance : Conduct routine checks at customer sites to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
• Safety Protocols : Adhere to all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and job safety analysis.
• Physical Tasks : Perform tasks that require working at heights and operating mobile elevating work platforms.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Technical Expertise : At least 2 years of experience in industrial equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Educational Background : An Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge : Proficiency in working with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to provide effective solutions to complex technical problems.
• Safety Compliance : Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
