Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include :
Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree required
Master’s Degree preferred
Required Skills
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with the electronic medical record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to manage time efficiently
- Licenses : Current RN licensure that is valid in NC Certifications :
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. Work
Minimum of five years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care required Minimum of two years' experience as a Charge Nurse / Supervisor in Critical Care preferred.
