JOB DESCRIPTION
PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client is seeking to add a Data Entry Specialist to their team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record-keeping.
If you are energetic, have attention to detail, and proficient with Excel. This job is for you!
Responsibilities :
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes and invoicing
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be proficient in Excel
