About the role Since its redesign, the Rippling brand has become a huge asset and differentiator for the company. Now, with the respect and trust of stakeholders at all levels, we are responsible for stewarding the brand across every touchpoint on the web with craft and care.
We are looking for a Senior Copywriter focused on all aspects of our marketing website, Rippling.com. What you will do Act as a steward for Rippling’s brand voice on the web.
Own messaging for the full suite of Rippling products on the web, acting as a go-to subject matter expert for people across the company.
Concept, write, and edit copy on the web for product launches, industry and audience segments, content experiences, company pages, and more.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Rippling’s corporate positioning, segment-level messaging, and product-specific messaging.
Serve as a strategic partner to GTM, translating industry and customer research into compelling, ownable product messaging.
Define content strategy and structure for web pages in collaboration with web designers. Collaborate with web designers and other Brand team members to ensure copy not only complements design but strengthens it.
Be an organized self-starter who can navigate ambiguity comfortably. What you will need A copywriting portfolio showcasing breadth and depth.
7 years experience, with some in-house SaaS (most recent role). Track record of collaborating with internal clients. Ability to challenge others directly and change one’s mind when challenged.
A deep understanding of writing for the web, including best practices, SEO requirements, and usability. Ability to see projects through with minimal guidance.
Willingness to brainstorm the big picture and obsessively line-edit. Knowledge about the SaaS space and curiosity about Rippling’s customers.
