Zoom Vibe Co we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant.
As a Personal Assistant you will play an integral role in supporting our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules and calendars
- Coordinate meetings including sending out meeting invites booking conference rooms and creating agendas
- Take minutes and prepare meeting notes
- Assist with research projects and provide support in conducting market research
- Draft proofread and edit correspondence and other documents
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations for executives
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails prioritizing and responding accordingly
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
