Job Description
Description : Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team in St. Petersburg, FL.
The ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within regulated industries like automotive, aerospace, or medical manufacturing.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer known for its innovation and excellence. Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Quality documents, including inspection procedures, aircraft FAIR's, automotive PPAP's, CAPA, etc.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits, including closing out findings, creating reports, and determining corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze product and process failures.
- Formulate and conduct test procedures.
- Assist in enhancing QA inspection processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 1-3 years of related Quality Assurance technical experience in a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of failure analysis principles.
- Proficiency with MS Office, databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An engaging, focused, and curious personality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ISO 9001.
- Prior experience in automotive, aerospace, or medical manufacturing industries.
