Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Meet with clients in-person at our La Puente, California office and over the phone to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Lead Generation : Actively seek and cultivate new insurance sales leads to expand the client base.

Policy Revamping : Review and update existing policies to ensure clients are receiving the best coverage.

Quoting : Provide accurate and timely insurance quotes, ensuring transparency and understanding for clients.

Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional policy offerings, enhancing their insurance coverage.

Customer Service : Deliver friendly, welcoming service to establish long-lasting relationships with clients.

Requirement

Licensing : Must possess an active California Personal Lines License.

Experience : Minimum of 1 years in insurance sales is desired, with a proven track record of success.

Customer Focused : Strong orientation towards delivering exceptional client service and satisfaction.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently while driving sales and achieving targets.

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Tech Proficiency : Comfortable using various technologies and CRM software's to manage client communications and data.
