What You'll Do
- Leading the development and execution of Customer Data Integration product strategy, with a strong focus on optimizing and securing customer data to enhance integrated product offerings.
- Defining and communicating a strategy, prioritization, and timelines for the Customer Data Integrations both internally and with 3rd party partner platforms.
- Ensuring tools are built and scaled to support the security and integrity needs of internal teams and partners in managing customer digital identities.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and adoption of customer data integrations internally and externally.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, data protection, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Walmart Connect, Data Ventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver world-class digital identity solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.Minimum Qualifications

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management.
Option 2 : 9 years' experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B / C products.

2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
