Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee all administrativefunctions, including reception, mailroom, and office supplies management.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providingguidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement office policies andprocedures to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, andappointments, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internaland external stakeholders, handling inquiries, requests, and escalations withprofessionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain office equipment and facilities,coordinating repairs and maintenance as necessary.
  • Oversee record-keeping and filingsystems, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with special projects andinitiatives as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in asupervisory role as an Office Manager.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrativework or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the abilityto motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite andother relevant software applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasksin a fast-paced environment.
