Job Description

Salary : $50-$60 per visit

Provide Direct Patient care to a diversified population. Update documentation with training / assistance from other staff.

We can talk about video work with patients.

Initial interview can be remote, final interview at our office in Sacramento as we have additional forms to fill out.

The pay is on a Per Diem (Per visit) basis and each visit will consist of drive time and approximately 20-30 minutes of Therapy.

Home health requires one year of Hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility experience.

Because this is a Home Health job we require additional documentation such as Drivers License, SSN card, TB test, Physical Exam, Auto Insurance, CPR / BLS card, Immunization record..

Experience :

LVN experience at a Hospital / Skilled Nursing facility : 1 year (Required)
Home health : 1 year (Preferred)

License / Certification :

BLS Certification and LVN License / Certificate (Required)
Certified for blood draws? (Preferred)
Certified for Infusion? (Preferred)
Experience with wound Vac? (Preferred)

Work Location : On the road at patients homes / residences
