This position is a virtual role working 2 days a week 7 : 00am - 3 : 00pm PST

The Medical Affairs Coordinator (MAC) will support the Senior Director, Scientific Communications and MSL Excellence at our client.

Under the direction of the Senior Director, the MAC will create, traffic and manage assigned deliverables ensuring that relevant information and updates are identified, tracked and communicated to necessary colleagues and management.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Legal-Medical-Review Spreadsheet - Version Controlled
  • Updating and logistics
  • Tracking approval and expiration dates
  • Patient Advocacy Group Spreadsheet - Version Controlled
  • Tracking past and future meetings / interactions
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Medical Information Spreadsheet - Version Controlled
  • Tracking and Updating :
  • Status of MIRFs
  • Metrics (number and type of queries per month)
  • Creating and maintaining tracking sheet
  • Updating monthly metrics from website and other Scientific Communications Projects
  • Congress Slide Deck creation and maintenance of templates
  • Updating logistical information in slide decks
  • Calendar management & Congress Spreadsheet
  • Template creation and maintenance of consistent information
  • Dates and locations; Invites, Attendance
  • Medical Science Liaison Engagement Decks (KOL Bios)
  • Template development
  • Updating and maintaining engagement deck templates and logistical information
  • Updating MSL Territory Maps & Engagement Maps

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years Project Management experience
  • 3-5 years Pharmaceutical Industry Experience, Medical Affairs experience preferred
  • Understanding complex logistics, milestone tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Computer skills including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and programs such as LiveMeeting, Zoom and MS Teams are expected.
  • Valid driver’s license
