We are searching for a Finance and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting departmental finance and operations and sponsored research administration transactions.
Core Responsibilities :
- Process Financial Transactions : deposits checks, processes Cost transfers (Account Redistribution, PDAs, etc.); may process purchase orders.
- Compiles, tracks, and enters all Oracle LD and Costing allocation; Effort Certification
- Student Travel, ER, and Purchasing
- Processes student Workday transactions (PhD, hourly research, TAS and Graders, etc.)
- Scholarship processing (GRAD AID); Student HUB account support / questions;
- Set Up, monitor, and report on : Dean's Fellowship - Professional Development funds.
- Set up, monitor, and report on Travel Grants, Monitor, SURF / SURG / REU / GSA awards.
- Supports Course purchasing and arrangements.
- Student organization accounting and reporting.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of experience with administrative support.
- Excellent problem-solving, reasoning, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in higher education preferred.
- A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
