Genesis10 is currently seeking a Software Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Phoenix, AZ.
This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities :
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables
- Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering
Requirements :
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of C# programming and .NET Framework experience
- 4+ years of MS SQL server experience
- 3+ years of .NET Core experience
- 3+ years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Servicer Reporting Services (SSRS) experience, or a combination of both
- 3+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience
- 3+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- 3+ years of Agile experience
Desired Skills :
- 3+ years of Python programming experience
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization
- Ability to gather and document technical design and requirements
- Ability to facilitate design sessions
