Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager / Sales Estimator with experience in the structural steel industry.

This role will involve overseeing project execution from initial estimate through to completion and ensuring client satisfaction.

Familiarity with Tekla software is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage structural steel projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for new projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure project requirements are met and to resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project details, including contracts, changes, and progress reports.
• Utilize Tekla software to aid in project planning, design, and management. Proficiency in Tekla is highly beneficial.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and sales estimation within the structural steel manufacturing and construction industries.
• Proven experience with Tekla software or similar CAD / Structural software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
