Hours : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM
Pay : $23.52 - $24.77 per hour
Job Description :
Participates in a patient-focused team approach of providing direct and collaborative health care in a variety of clinical settings designed to promote and restore optimal health across the life span.
Performs a variety of technical, para-professional, rehabilitative or therapeutic procedures and activities relating to patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
As a member of the health care team will carry out individualized programs of restorative / rehabilitative / therapeutic activities.
Responsibilities :
- Perform and document Vital Signs (Temperature Pulse Respirations BP Pulse Ox)
- Assist patient in performing ADLs (Hygiene Feeding Dressing Toileting Grooming Ambulation)
- Perform and document Intake & Output
- Perform Foley Care Perform Specimen Collection (Sputum Urine Stool Saliva)
- Perform / Assist with transferring and repositioning of patient Perform linen changes
- Provide 1 : 1 patient observation and monitoring as requested
- Perform other duties / tasks within the CNA scope of work as requested
Requirements :
- Current NYS CNA Certification
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- BCLS
