Hospital : TriStar Northcrest Location : Springfield,TN Address : Unit Name : MS2 & MS3 Building : Cost Center : 61259 & 61359 General Information Unit Specifics : · Number of Beds : 27 on each floor · Patient Ratios : 5 : 1 · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit secretaries during the dayshift and techs on all shifts · Type of equipment : Computer on Wheels, Pyxis, Welch Allen vital sign machines · Documentation system : Medhost but transitioning to Meditech April 19th · Scheduling requirements : 3 days a week with every other weekend · Floating policy : will need to float between MS 2 and MS3 · Patient Experience requirements : Hospital Specifics- · Certifications : Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Must have : Basic Med / Surg experiences, Experience with post-op patients especially ortho Advanced skills needed : NA Procedures performed on unit : Blood transfusions, IV and central line maintenance Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS preferred but not required Dress Code : (Required uniform) · Dark blue Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
