Protingent Staffing has an exciting Direct Hire opportunity for a an IT Systems Engineer III with our client located in Lynnwood, WA.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for supporting our client's world-wide data endpoint management.
- Areas of responsibility include SCCM, Active Directory, Office 365, InTune, Exchange, Citrix, and File & Print Services.
- Support Windows operating systems, mobile devices, configuration standards, operating system patching, monitoring, alerting and automation.
- Responsible for planning and implementation of data center technologies
- Responsible for ensuring uptime of critical business systems and infrastructure through monitoring and timely remediation of critical infrastructure issues
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a specific identity and access management process or technology (e.g. employee lifecycle automation and management, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Quest, SailPoint, Oracle IAM, etc.)
- Preserves data assets by supporting disaster recovery and back-up procedures
- Supports information technology strategies, policies, and procedures
- Identifies issues, evaluates trends, and anticipates requirements
- Ensures adherence to all regulatory compliance processes and requirements, including but not limited to CMMC, Sarbanes-Oxley, DFARS, ITAR and like regulations.
- Responsible for supporting the monitoring, alerting and automation infrastructure for critical business systems and infrastructure.
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing infrastructure technologies.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Job Qualifications :
- BS or MS degree in computer-oriented technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in a medium to enterprise environment; experience in administering SailPoint (or similar);
experience in managing an enterprise Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Hybrid Environment; Experience administering employee lifecycle policy, procedure, configuration, workflow, and upgrades
- Experience in managing an enterprise a variety of Microsoft focused solutions
- Experience administering Enterprise Messaging Systems, Active Directory on-premise and Azure
- Experience with Citrix, InTune, Office 365 and Quest tools such as ActiveRoles, Change Auditor or Enterprise Reporter
- Current knowledge of hardware technologies, operating systems, network configurations and protocols
- Knowledge and understanding of Email, Office 365, Troubleshooting and Powershell; Understanding of Role Based Access Control and Least Privilege.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to complete job requirements within time constraints
- Ability to train new employees to support systems as required
- Ability to work effectively in an individual or team environment
- Must be self-motivated and directed
- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
