Position Overview

We are seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems , ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Whether it’s a new system installation, retrofit, or ductwork modification , you will ensure that every job meets industry standards and company expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
  • Perform full system replacements, retrofits, and new construction installations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications for installations
  • Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety standards, and company guidelines
  • Test and adjust HVAC systems for optimal performance and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite, respecting customers’ homes and businesses
  • Clearly communicate with customers about system operations and answer any questions
  • Collaborate with team members, including service technicians and apprentices
  • Train and mentor apprentices to help develop their skills

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed HVAC Installer or Apprentice (state-certified or working toward licensure)
  • Experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong understanding of airflow, refrigeration cycles, and system design
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with a detail-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various conditions (attics, crawl spaces, outdoor elements)
