Patient Scheduling CSR (Remote LOCAL to WA)
Job opportunity available with a leading healthcare company in Spokane, WA! They are seeking an experienced Call Center Rep / Appointment Scheduler to join their team.

Must be local to Washington State (Able to go onsite for equipment / meetings at the following location :
Sunset Hwy Spokane, WA 99224
Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST (May be weekend or evenings shifts open as well)
Daily Job Details :
- Answering inbound calls
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Benefit review / scheduling purposes
- Communicating with providers / scheduling purposes
Qualifications :
- 1+yrs of call center and healthcare experience
- Familiar with EPIC (HUGE PLUS)
- Scheduling experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Pass Data Entry / Typing Assessment
