2nd shift Operator I / II – Medical Device Manufacturing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Operator who will be responsible to perform documented catheter assembly under a microscope.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

- Compensation : starting at $20.00 / hr plus a $1.00 shift differential
- 2nd Shift : 3 : 00pm – 12 : 00am (9 / 80 schedule) – Train on 1st Shift 5am- 2pm

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions, prioritize work, complete multiple tasks, works under deadlines, and apply technical skills
- Assembly of very small parts under a microscope
- Hand-soldering under a microscope
- Willingness to be trained on company procedures
- Good interpersonal, communication, and training ability
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
- Applies technical capability to perform documented catheter assembly under a microscope
- Follows and documents bill of materials, work instructions and test procedures as necessary
- Measuring and recording performance metrics using dimensional equipment.
- Perform assembly operations with hand tools and equipment under a microscope
- Operate within a quality management system documenting operations performed using manufacturing traveler
- Monitor equipment calibration certifications required for assembly operations
- Assists engineering and works under minimal guidance and supervision
- Reports status of ongoing assembly activities to immediate supervisor
- Support company goals and objectives, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
