2022 Customer Support Intern - 292919 Description
Gain knowledge in the major areas of customer service to create a holistic view of responsibilities of aftermarket.
Collaborate with several Customer Service departments (Warranty, Logistics, Vendor Recovery) to present process improvements and increased efficiencies within Customer Service.
Strike the balance between the needs of the customer and Customer Service policies, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Coordinate schedules, crating requirements, and shipment preparation with Logistics warehouse and shipping personnel.
Perform warranty analysis for components, vehicles, and customers as needed.
Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education : Pursuing a bachelors degree
GPA : 3.0 or higher required
Software knowledge : Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
