Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy Technician at Providence Health and Services summary : The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for preparing IV admixtures, distributing medications and supplies, and delivering quality customer service under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This role requires a Washington Pharmacy Technician License and prefers candidates with hospital experience and pharmacy technician program training. Description

This position is responsible for IV admixture, distribution of medications and supplies, and providing quality customer service. These duties are performed under the immediate supervision and control of a licensed pharmacist.

Required Qualifications :

Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications :

Coursework / Training Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician Program

Hospital experience in sterile parenteral product preparation.

Customer service experience.
