We are looking for an experienced and motivated Realtor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
This position requires a professional who is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, negotiate deals, and communicate with clients in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized and can work independently to ensure our clients have the best possible experience.
Responsibilities :
- Understand the real estate market and local trends.
- Develop relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
- Research and analyze property listings.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms of sale.
- Provide advice on pricing, financing, and legal matters.
- Conduct open houses and showings for potential buyers.
- Maintain a database of current clients and prospects.
