Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Same Day Surgery / Outpatient Operating Room position in Illinois with call requirements and PACU support experience preferred.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a Same Day Surgery / Outpatient Operating Room setting
  • Day shifts from 09 : 00 to 19 : 30
  • Call is required as part of the schedule
  • Role may also provide assistance in the PACU as needed
  • Assist with intraoperative care and perioperative procedures for outpatient surgical cases
  • Support PACU when available to ensure patient safety and continuity of care
  • Must be aware this is a Same Day Surgery position with associated responsibilities

  • Active IL RN license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience strongly preferred
  • Previous PACU experience preferred
