Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at WINGATE TIRES located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, presenting sales reports, and maintaining customer relationships.
They will also be responsible for achieving sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and managing a sales team
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and tire sales
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Spanish and English speaker
