Job Summary

Thomco is currently growing and seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Suwanee, GA.

This is a great opportunity to work in a team and highly collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management
  • Will be responsible for generating and nurturing new business in a B2B sales environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service
  • Be knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the product offerings and be a continuous learner
  • Work closely with an outside sales representative to help support customer accounts
  • Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial distribution or similar industry
  • B2B sales and customer service experience
  • Must be sales and customer service driven with a desire to achieve sales quotas and targets
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent communication skills
