Responsibilities :

Crash Champions is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our IT Data Analytics team which supports the business intelligence initiatives across the organization.

The primary responsibility of this role on the Reporting team is to design, implement, and support Power BI reporting and our advanced analytics solutions.

This role will work closely with our business stakeholders and IT leadership across the organization to provide user-driven and insights using reporting and analytics.

• Responsible for working closely with business leaderships and IT team to gather business requirements, use cases, propose technical design, and implement reporting solutions.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings and enable data driven business decisions for strategic and operational initiatives
• Works in cross functional team environment and has a strong track record with communicating insights and technical solutions to business functional leaders
• Analyze and discover trends and insights using large datasets for using data modeling and data visualization techniques, including data integration
• Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, data visualization tools, and business acumen

Qualifications :

• Experience working with large complex datasets with data visualization software tools using Power BI, SQL, or similar
• Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or related field experience with 5-10+ years of reporting and analytical experience
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with multiple business functions across our organization;

and works effectively in a team environment

• Attention to detail in work items and in documentation of methods, procedures, standards
• High-level organizational and project management skills to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changing deadlines and requirements
• Experience with full lifecycle development (SDLC), including Hybrid Agile, data validation, and roadmap enhancements in both technical and business aspects.
