SereneNursing Services is looking for skilled and experience LPNs to joinour growing team and work various shifts in Long term carefacilities in KirklandWA / KenmoreWA / SnohomishWA area.

This amazingLPNmust :

Providesdirect patient care assists with care for patients of others (asneeded)

Makespatient care assignments to other staff members onduty

Responsiblefor the care delivered by the nursing staff under his / her directionduring the shift for which (s)he is onduty.

Communicateseffectively all relevant information (e.g. patient informationsafety issues problems with equipment quality issues etc.

toimmediate supervisor in timelyway.

Communicatesand documents changes in patient condition on a timely basis tocharge nurse / supervisor andphysician.

Interpretsimplements and enforces all facility policies andprocedures

Assignsresponsibility for the direct care ofresidents

Supervisesthe CNAstaff

Obtainsand administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordancewith approved nursingtechniques.

Observespatient records significant conditions and reactions and notifiesresident family and physician informed of any changes in residentbehavior medications or conditions ofhealth.

Requirements

LicensedPractical Nurse LPN with current state licenserequired

Minimumof (1) one year experiencepreferred.

CurrentCPRcertification

Mustbe able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills in the nursingprocess necessary for those patients requiring the expertise of aprofessional registerednurse.

Copyof updated Physical based on staterequirements

Copyof updated TB results / Chestxray

Mustbe able to work any shift as needed and be flexible with schedulingrequirements.

Responsibilities : - Provide direct patient care under thesupervision of a Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed PracticalNurse or registered nurse.

• Assist with activities of dailyliving, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. - Monitor andrecord vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety. -Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infection and maintain a cleanand safe environment.
