Job Summary : DebtBlue is seeking a Bilingual Quality Assurance Representative who will provide quality control and assurance of calls and quality requirements.
What you'll do :
- Actively listening to agents' calls to ensure conformity to quality standards
- Reports and tracks any significant deviations from quality standards and recommends
next steps to appropriate management
Complete quality evaluation of each call to ensure compliance with established policies
and procedures
All other job-related duties as assigned
What we are looking for :
- Prior experience in QA is preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Great attention to details
- Basic Microsoft knowledge in Word, Excel or PowerPoint
- High school Diploma or GED, or relevant field

Physical and Mental Requirements :
- Ability to listen to calls up to 5-6 hours daily
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to concentrate on details, work under deadline
