- Base salary with quality and production bonuses paid quarterly
- Loan repayment programs are available
- Benefits package includes comprehensive benefits, a 403(b) / 457 with match, and malpractice
- Stable and established FQHC
- Outpatient position with a Monday through Friday work schedule; will consider part-time
- Average 2.37 patients per hour
- Lab and X-ray on site
- Must have 2+ years of experience
